Shamans can interrupt casts, purge and slow target, these are your strengths.

If you want to have stun, roots, hex, instant wolf, defensive and burst abilities try to play on Pandaria server.

No one cares about solo farm.
I've never seen damage reduction buff on Earth Shield in any WoW addon, you want something that can't exist on this server.
Changes just for changes don't make sense.

Searing totem doesn't work if bosses immune to fire damage.

Earth Shield will never have 2 effects, plus shamans tanks will prefer Lightning Shield, that generates more aggro.

Raiders are crazy about logs, they will do anything to show best result.
Refreshing shield on tank every XX sec is not interesting experience, it's TBC gameplay.
Earth Shield is something like HoT ability, it doesn't need additional buff, this kind of buff can be only set bonus.

Earth Shield castable on target is very bad idea in Classic.
There are many shamans in raid, but only one of them will show better healing numbers because his Earth Shield is on main tank.

We don't need extra damage reduction for tanks, they already have tons of armor.

1.Bloodlust is too op, it must be removed from the game.
2.They will not add passive mana reg to Water Shield because there is totem that does the same, and it will be buffed next patch.
3.Earth Shield reduces damage? What's for? This shield is for healers, not for tanks.

It's not a secret that classic items can be used in TBC.
Developers do strange nerfs sometimes.
They nerfed flower offhand from Alterac and i don't see any reason to go there on pvp server.

Blizzard liked to add "troll" items in WoW, but i think on Classic Plus server this items should be buffed.
You kill bosses in Naxx and get... offhand whith mp5 or neck with mp5.

You heal in ele/resto spec because you don't want to pay gold for respec, other shamans heal in enh/resto because Bloodlust and improved totems allow dps to kill bosses faster.
These are different things.

Shadow priests heal more than normal healers on Thaddius, Sapphiron and Loatheb.
Sometimes they are in the middle of healer's list on some other bosses.

I am talking about Naxx because it's hard last raid where players try to abuse everything to make their live easier.

Combined healing/manaspring totem can't exist in classic talent tree, but maybe new sets can have bonuses for totems.
I don't see healing stream totem in logs, so even improved version of this totem is useless.

Developers will never do crazy things players want.
Elemental bolt? Combined totems? No...
They can do only small changes.
Extra threat for some abilities? Weapon imbues for 15 min? Yes, these changes are turtle-like.

Paladin in plate armor with shield and shaman in mail armor with shield are iconic looks.

Mega custom ability is something new, that can be on very modified private servers.
Like " Living Shield", that heals every raid member when you get damage.
Paladin's Crusader strike and Holy strike already existed in old version of WoW.

It's not fair when there are 2 chosen healers with legendaries.
Holy paladin with sword and resto shaman with staff will look weird, it's not classic style.
