Guild Base Location Guide

Post by Speedz1337 » Mon Apr 17, 2023 7:59 pm

New information about guild bases. Addressing the guildhousing concerns

This forum post linked here will give a guide on how to request for a guild base and what requirements you need in order to get a guild base for your guild.

Keep in mind most guild bases with flying mounts are not accessible by foot and require a guild tabard to get into. Exceptions to this rule are Macrochelys guild base which can be accessed through a series of jumps up a mountain. The Emerald Dream base is able to be entered into with the aid of the Macrochelys flying mount.

Here is a Comprehensive Cartography guide on all the new Turtle content sorted by level ranges made by Korval1.

Here is a more up to date and more detailed guide as to where all the guild bases are. This guide is courtesy of Vallcow.

Below I have posted screenshots of every guild base I have knowledge of. If you know of any other guild bases feel free to comment below and I will either go there or if you are in the guild and can invite me then feel free to DM me on discord at Avery#1009 and I can get onto my alt to teleport there via the guild tabard.

Pretty sure there was a guild base, one of the trading companies, south of the road to durotar from the barrens.

There's also Hard Knocks Society in northern Tanaris tucked into the base of the mountains between Gadgetzan and the port.

Southfury Trading Co is the name of the guild south of the road to durotar. I added that one.

Hard Knocks Society is the guild between Gadgetzan and the port. I added that one.

Thank you for your input!!

Thanks Elisleris,

I added 4/5 suggestions you made. I just couldn't verify the STV one though. I know that this boat is not in vanilla but I don't know which guild this would be. If you know of a guild that this goes to let me know so I can contact them.

I know a few spots, but I don't know if they're all guild bases or whom they belong to:

Eastern Kingdoms>Tirisfal Glades
Just outside the Undercity walls. Run up from Alterac past Dandred's Fold or swim around UC to reach it. Has a food vendor.
Image

Kalimdor>Ashenvale
In Demon Fall Canyon, up the path into the mountain by the Grom monument. NPCs carry the title <Ered Ruin>. Has a bank and reagent vendor.
Image

Kalimdor>Winterspring
East of the ravine where all the giants are. Looks more like a memorial rather than a base. Nothing interactable.
Image

Kalimdor>Azshara
Odd cave at the base of the southern cliffs with machinery inside. Nothing interactable.

The guild base south of Undercity is defunct, but Paulgreeneye was part of it at one point. He'd be the one to ask what was there before. I think it was <Scourge> but don't quote me.

If we're also including defunct guild houses, then Warsong Outriders at the horde warsong camp on the border of ashenvale would be one. Also, there's <Redwater Syndicate> next to the stockades in SW.

I have been to Ered Ruin base before so I just went ahead and added that thanks for the reminder. As for the other bases I couldn't verify the owners of those guild bases.

You can also enter Hawk's Talon by foot coming down from Ironforge Airfields...

Hawks Talon is pretty convenient for traveling around Wetlands as low lvl Alliance. Airfield, walk to guild base, fly to destination.

There is a guild base in SW, Redwater Syndicate, near the Stockades. There is also one in Tiristfal Glades, north of the Scourge base, behind the new Scarlet building. Oh, and one on the flight path north of the human starting zone in the mountains. It's walkable but you need to start in Loch Modan. 1st and 3rd are defunct, I believe.

My Guild isn't in your list. Thunderhorn Clan
Our guildhouse is on top of one of the 1000 Needles.
We have a 45-second flying mount (Only way to get off the top without dying)
Location on the 1000 Needles map : 28.4 / 25.2
If you want, you can contact me in game. My Main is "Lilyput".

Also, found another called Farmers Market.
Their guildhouse coordinates are around 38.8 / 11.9 on the Un'Goro Crater map.
They also have a 45-second flying mount & it's accessable from the crater on foot/riding mount.

do you know which of those guilds are dead? the northshire abbey one has been dead since before 2022. would be great if some of those could be reassigned to new guilds without a base.

devs should make an official list of all guild bases and current guild owners and check once a year if the guilds dead

One that I can confirm that is dead is Heirs of Quel'Thalas. GM of that guild got himself IP Banned.
Characters:
Ithiliana - Level 60 Overzealous Fire Mage
Dragon knight of <The Blackwing Guard>

Former Phoenix Knight of <Heirs of Quel'Thalas>

*When in doubt, rub one out.*

Isn't that zaas guild? He is still around

Of all guild bases I have seen, the Heirs of Quel'Thalas one felt the most wrong and unfinished. It not in a remote area, even with a cave on the world map, but there is nothing there, just some out of place loking junk. If the guild is dead, devs should redo this hole areal
