There's a simple solution to this:

Run an English test before each login.
This would perfectly serve the purpose to ban non-English speaking users

And also rank the queue priority based on Toefl score

Than can be outsmarted pretty easily with a translator or ChatGPT.

The developer can easily ban non-ASCII code in the chat.

Wut? What are you saying? There have been 2 new SEA realms, and only 1 EU realm. EU realm for obviously European players, and the SEA realm for Asian (majority Chinese) players.

What's the issue, you can transfer to the SEA realm, filled with Chinese players. You are only going into town, not out.

It's a shame that your turtle team finally adopts this kind of policy to discriminate the whole CN community. Though the rumor is already in the air for so long, I didn't think it will really happen. AND it's inappropriate, in my opinion, to apply this kind of discriminative quench rule before we CN players can transfer the characters to the Asia-realm.
In addition, this kind of priority rule against CN players is much more discriminative than just excluding CN players. This kind of policy simply says that 'Do you CN people want to play in EU realm? Ok, you can play here only after our EU people'. It's really ridiculous in nowadays modern era.
Please say that your team is now technically unable to exclude the non-english-speaking people, the only thing you can do is to put the whole CN community to a lower place.
Please just ban us.
