Why don't they eliminate them?
For example, the old Alah'thalas maps are still there and are visible by removing the new patches.

They have people checking it, if the error is small or unnoticeable they will move it to another place.
It's not like 1 or 2 people, they have around 5 reading, checking and clasificating every reported error.
