spiritual focus + shield spec & holy shield + improved ret aura makes you a aoe god that isn't possible in classic but you wont be able to kill anyone in pvp

Assuming that dual-spec costs 300 gold, you don't really need to make jack-of-all-trades build. Make two specialised.

Holy shield really isnt that good of a talent. When you want one spec that can do it all, just spec 31/20/0

It can do it all healing & tanking in both pve &pvp and it offers some nice dmg with holy shock. Only in raids where hybridisation is a massive detrement does the spec struggle
