missing equipment

Haven't played the game for a couple of days. After entering, the character is missing half of the equipment.

Mine as well, except I'm missing all my equipment and my gold....

the gold is gone too. probably hacked.
but the seller did not see his things

Likewise, most of my gear is missing too, even if 40 gold is left in my bags, which is weird?

How do you contact the GM in the game? nowhere like this.

Assuming you use the default UI, there is a big red question mark ("?") button on the bottom of your screen, near your bags, next to the keychain.
In case you have a modified UI, either look for this icon or check the description of the modification you use (e.g. with Shagu's pfUI there is a command "/gm").
After choosing the appropriate ticket type, use the text field to give a description of the problem. This way the GM reading your ticket can understand the problem and help you better.
