Best and optimal gear for 10-19 twinks

Are you people able to find any BG's on that level bracket? Cause i found non, even on the most populated days.

Today I joined to Nordnaar for few hours to level just another alt and have seen 5 bgs 10-19 started. I joined one, but there was already 2 horde twinks with no alliance twinks so I decided to stick to my own business later.
They all happened between 8:00 and 10:00 server (Kalimdor) time.

They are rare (1.429%) drop from goblin/gnome prize box.
You need to win race against some player. "Mirage Raceway: Gnome's Team" or "Mirage Raceway: Goblin's Team".
I checked it now. That it is possible to join race against other player on lvl 19 and you get that box as reward if you win.
Will you get it or not depends on your luck. There are a lot of players there, so you will have some competition.

UPD: got those goggles on 5th try. So it is absolutely possible.
I noticed that both participants get rewards from this quest. So it is good idea to cooperate with some other twink.

Tested Lynxstep Boots Ingame tooltip says that they add +3% to running speed. This effect doesn't seem to stack with Minor speed enchant.
I did small maraphone from Orgrimmar to Razor Hill. One character was in Silver-linked footguards with enchant. Other - was in Lyxstep boots with enchant. I haven't noticed any difference in speed. There is none or it is so small, that it doesn't matter on that distance.

Added cloth boots, because I completely missed them for some reason. Haven't found anything TWoW specific.

Goblin Rocket Boots engineering boots which don't requre engineering skill. Work as additional speed buff, but can explode sometimes. Crafted by engineers 225+ with goblin specialisation

There is Murlock Flippers with lots of different stats, but they are not very suitable for typical cloth-wearers.

Tested in battleground Enchanted Moonstalker Cloak. It grants invisibility for 5 minutes on use. When I tried it, I got error "Must be in Darkshore".

Added Deckmaster\'s Commendation trinket +10 attack power.
