Add blue bracers to friendly warsong reputation

Current situation:
Warsong reputation features epic bracers for 40, 50 and 60 lvl on exalted reputation (both factions has same item):

Friendly reputation features trinkets for 20 and 40 level plus warsong-specific food and bandages.
Warsong is available from lvl 1. Originally it was available since level 10.

Problem is:
There is no gear reward from warsong if you reach friendly on 10-19 bracket.

Proposal:
add blue bracers for 18, 28, 38, 48, 58 level requiring friendly reputation. Their stats should be downgrade of epic ones.

It will improve gear progression for PvP players and add easy goal to reach on level 18.

The issue is gaining rep, with next to 0 BG's popping at 20+, heck even 10-19 is dead nowadays... The low lvl gear may aswel not exist.

I think for a start they should bring back the 'Warsong 10-19" Started! Server messages, atleast then people know BG's are popping, then the other players come joining thereafter
