PVPers wanna look good too :P

could either do turn ins of medals for fashion token, maybe 5 of each, or maybe every 3 ranks you progress, or chance to loot it off player in like AV or so :)

+1, medals are really useless other than for a bit of extra honor. It would be awesome to be able to turn them in for fashion tokens. So we could PvP in style.
