I could probably misinterpreted this file, so take with with grain of salt.
For normal humans it means that mechanical creatures are immune to heal, drain, HoTs type of spells.
Elemental creatures are now immune to poison and diseases.
There are also a lot of specific changes to creatures. They are listed in this file

Interesting finds:
Myzrael is immune to slow, Archaedas is immune to stun and bleed
Mutanus the Devourer is immune to shadow spells
Skum is immune to nature spells
High Inquisitor Whitemane is immune to spell interrupts
Archmage Arugal is immune to stuns
Cyclonian is immune to stun
Gahz'rilla is immune to stun, spell interrupts, roots and stat reduce from Vindication
Teremus the Devourer is immune to fire, frost, poisons and bleed
Glutton is immune to slow, stun and roots
Onyxia is immune to stat reduce from Vindication
Jin'do the Hexxer is immune to taunt
Ragnaros is immune to poisons, diseases and stat reduce from Vindication
High Overlord Saurfang is immune to fear, gouge, stun
a lot of bosses are immune to stat reduce from Vindication and to spell interrupts
