Add FP to Gnomish Reclamation Facility
This is a great little custom area, but I'm afraid it'll never be used outside of a brief stretch for low leveling quests if there's no flightpath or easy way to access it.

I think adding a portal like the one in booty bay to gnomer being available after completing a chain quest.

Second this request. It's annoying to have to walk there for engineering recipes and for various quests that used to be at the exit of the Deeprun tram. This additional travel time feels like an unintended side effect from moving all the Gnomish NPCs.
A flightpoint would help. It'd also make Gnomeregan a little quicker to access for Alliance.

Agreed. Not sure about a flight path, but maybe adding a second tramway line to the Deeprun Tram could work. It would also be in line with the original intention for Alpha Ironforge, where the Deeprun Tram originally had two lines running through it: Ironforge <-> Stormwind and Ironforge <-> Gnomeregan.

Some means of transportation is definitely needed. Otherwise, most people won't even bother going there. Agree with OP.

Glad to see others feel the same and have the same reasoning. The facility is a cool addition, but having it so out of the way and a trek to reach makes me miss having it all in Tinkertown instead.

Adding a tram to Tinker Town would be good, both from a thematic and a utility point. It would also be a good excuse to finally add more npcs to the tram area. The ticket booths have been empty for a long, long time. Also maybe some handy npcs who tell you what the tram is and where it goes.

Something to keep in mind is that the tramway would require more work, for obvious reasons. I think that ultimately it would be a better design choice for transportation to and from the reclamation facility, but the implementation would take more time than just assigning a flight path.
Ultimately I think it would be worth it, if the Turtle WoW team decides to take the time to implement it, but they’re also working on plenty other modeling projects at the moment like the Thalassian Highlands and the goblin island, so if this is ever to be implemented in some fashion one day it may be some time from now.

I second this. A teleport from Tinker Town could also be a solution to be adopted while something nicer (FP or tram) is made.

Maybe even add a little quest like the rat quest that lets you travel from one end to the other.
Something along the lines of "Moving supplies to the facility" and you pick up a chest, use the trap to the reclamation facility and thats it. Like helping the gnomes move.

As much as I'd love seeing another tram... where in Iron Forge could you put it?

A quest to link it to tinker town via an NPC would be great ! Alternatively could be an engineering recipe, which works flavor-wise

Perhaps a sometimes unreliable teleporting station...from IF/to IF or Undercity...

Better idea would be to just promote the Journeyman Engineer who got left behind in the shop, and add a little bit of lore by implying that she got entrusted with the shop and earned her Expert Engineering britches.

Setting the trainer in Ironforge to Expert solves half of the problem, but also it doesn't give incentive until master training to go to Gnomeregan, FP/portal/tram is needed either way.
