Recipe: Transmute Elemental Earth
Requires Cenarion Circle - Honored
Teaches you how to transmute a Core of Earth into three Elemental Earth.

Recipe: Transmute Elemental Air
Requires Wildhammer Clan/Revantusk Tribe - Honored
Teaches you how to transmute a Breath of Wind into three Elemental Air.

Recipe: Transmute Elemental Water
Requires Hydraxian Waterlords - Friendly/Honored
Teaches you how to transmute a Globe of Water into three Elemental Water.

Each has a shared 10 minute cooldown with each other and Transmute Elemental Fire. Triggers the alchemist's transmute cd for the 10 minutes.

Reasons for implementing: reduce the number of raiders in leveling zones taking quest mobs; give alternate means of acquiring elemental components; increase the auction value of Globe/Breath/Core.

Each of these require some form of rep grind, similar to Transmute Elemental Fire's Thorium Brotherhood, but since earth and air are not inside an instance/require a raid reputation, they have a higher requirement.

Low level mats which can be sold to high level players is good way for gold transition from high levels to low levels. It is like Swiftthistle (for speed potions) or Oily Blackmouth (for FAP).
May be there should be some way available only for players around lvl 35 to farm them more effectively than for players of lvl 60? For example repeatable quest to summon mob with high droprate of those elements in Arathi Highlands for level 30-40.

I've liked the ideas that you could transmute each of the element into another and in TBC there was great thing like Transmutation mastery which allowed me to just go in circles with transmuting elements and create occasionally an byproduct for use later.
