An actual PvP server - convert Tel'Abim
I could see a future for Telabim if they basically eliminate leveling (start at 60), and give you starter competitive gear and play at 60, instantly being able to roam the world with a decent chance at survival, with capturable towers/towns and other world pvp objectives. Imagine a PvP server that focuses on making PvP accessible and semi balanced from gear perspective, then the low population matters less.
Turn Tel'Abim into a real PvP experience, get rid of the leveling and massive gear grinds to be competitive, keep some end game gearing / transmog rewards for some motivation, but not such a gear gap that makes PvP pointless for the new and ungeared. True PvP experience, thoughts?

Towers could be capturable with some method as simple as arathi basin or warsong gulch flag method.
Rewards could be something as simple as a counter tallying up how many tower/town captures you were a part of (in the same party or raid as capturer).
Like the honorable kill counter.
Maybe too ambitious short term, but instant and decent geared 60's option would go a long way to increasing population for battlegrounds and world pvp raids/defence. Tricky problem, but one that could show MMO giants a better way to treat PvP respectably, while keeping the world vibe that games like LoL, HotS miss out on.

Why would Turtle get rid of the leveling when that's always been the main selling point of the project? Sounds like you want a completely different game mode, not Vanilla WoW or Turtle Wow.

PvP server is not mean Fun server. Not 60 instant.
I agree that the leveling process should be accelerated for pvp players. Because Leveling it's solo pve. Or pvE in dungeons.
That is why in the next topic I suggest to make it x2 or x3 leveling experience from all sources.
Leveling will allow you to feel the atmosphere of the world. And on world pvp while leveling. And not to spend a month for leveling for the 20th time. Again.

Experience for PvP is fine too. It will allow to level in battlegrounds, which is safer than open world with gankers.
It will be exactly like PvErs are leveling in dungeons. Only potential problem are twinks, but this problem can be solved by restricting high level enchants on low level characters.

Just this. I'm even against XP boosts from tents or otherwise. However, the devs could add some XP mechanisms to PvP, like XP for battlegrounds (while preventing a BG-afk meta) or world pvp objectives. While killing faction leaders in Org and Stormwind is nice for lvl 60 characters, why not add objectives e.g. to kill the local leaders in Southshore and Tarren Mill? XP for honoroable kills might also be a good idea.

lvl in BGs/WPVP and earn gear while you lvl (acordind to rank and lvl) is how a pvp server should/need to work, warhammer online try it but didnt work.
Instant lvl 60 with good gear makes you loose the interest in few hours.

Not true at all, many "instant max level" private servers have survived for years on end.
