Talent proposal: Anger over failures

Just throwing idea about talent or trinket.
Increases your critical hit damage for 25/50/75/100% when your spell/attack missed for 10 seconds. 1 charge, up to 5 charges. Charge is consumed on critical hit. If 1 charge add 25%, then 5 charges too add 25%, just work for 5 crits.

Current meta for everyone is "gather hit cap and enjoy your always-hitting spells and attacks".
I proposed this to add alternative itemisation priorities. This trinket adds different compensation for your failure. So you don't need to stack hit always and can go for crit leaving high amount of misses in your attacks.

Would be hard but interesting to balance.
Most crits are around 150% damage if I remember well. But hit chance is really important to make your glancing blows damage for a respectable amount. If you don't go hit chance, many of your successful hits will barely damage. A talent/item doing something with glancing blows would be interesting though.

Hit chance don't affect chance to do glancing blow. You need weapon skill to remove them.

Though another trinket to proc on glancing would be fun too.

Weapon skill don't remove glancing blow, it reduces the damage penalty. There's no way to remove glancing blows outside having more level than your foe

here i am missing lvl 55mobs with 310 wepskill and 12% hit rating lol
