make it to level 20, get free bags, no cap

Hi there Ejav94, just stumbled upon your post today, my girlfriends paladin (Saikaah) and my warrior (Lapschah) reached 20 yesterday, is it still possible to apply for the bags in retrospect?

Just logged in this morning to take screenshots as proof (hope linking the images works, this is my first post).

Hi, I am a new player to twow, who has just leveled my char to lvl 19. It has been fun exploring the new perks of this server, but surely wasn't easy due to queue time and overpopulation at low lvl areas.

First off you are amazing for doing this selfless act to keep this community so kind. The stories of the community and how special they are is what made me give turtle-wow, my first private server, a chance. To see this within the first few posts on these forums prove how special it is.

Me and two friends are doing a trio leveling party and we just hit level 20 last night!
