This is usually not how donations work. A donation is a gift. You can't just take it back.^^

If you spent the Tokens already then you won't be getting a refund. If you want the Tokens refunded then you only have 1 week to do so, anything past that will be denied.

They only refund the Money for Tokens if those have never been spent and somehow I don't think that one applies to you.

To refund the items you have used your tokens on, please open a ticket ingame. Near your key ring there is a red question mark, press it to send an in-game ticket.

If you have pfUI and you don't have the micro-bar enabled, you can type /gm to open the interface.

If you are referring to the donation itself, we do not offer returns, as they are donations, not purchases.
