Let's summarize: world buff removed in raid, in order to recover losses introduced stacking shaman totems and paladin blessing. On PvP realm impossible to communicate between Horde and Alliance. So what sense to remove much unique Turtle features to be like as Wow Classic?

We have dynamic respawns implemented, and have been manually increasing the rates a bit more in areas which need it.

Though Akalix (regular) and Akalox (HC) do accept candy at all times

I'd love a PvP server without the crossfaction element. I love the turtle wow additions and would really love to be able to play turtle with a Proper PvP server option. I hope with the increased population this becomes an option. :)

It is very fortunate, then, that you can continue to enjoy Turtle WoW, while also simultaneously patronizing one of the many other vanilla WoW private servers which do offer PvP realms without cross-faction.

The alternative to making a fresh server would be making another server and transferring anyone who wants to PVP over to it. Give players the chance to choose if they want to stay on Turtle RP or continue their characters on Turtle PVP. Then the PVP would start not fresh because it would possibly have some very geared players on it.

Well I like The changes and additions Turtle wow has made to the world and to classes. I like the extra dungeons and raids, I like the New BG and i think it's sad not many people like to play it. That being said I do think a PVP option would be a great addition as do many others and hopefully as this server continues to grow and as more people who have interest in the same thing express the desire for a turtle PvP option the devs will change their mind.

More and more people want this option and so more and more people will continue to request it. The only way to get it is ti push for it.

Dude, there's a WARMODE made specifically for that. You're always free to just type /pvp on and blast away.

I think Warmode is fine. I see tons of people with warmode on in all the zones I’m in. This entire suggestion just screams “I WANT TO GANK ALL THE LOWBIES!” to me.

I can point you to another server where you can PvP all day. That’s just not Turtle.

Even if the PvP server turns out to have perfect factionbalance, Splitting the existing Serverpop in two just as some much needed young blood has entered the server is bad for the longjevity of the Project.

But call me a cynic, i think the community on the current PvE server would be nicer for having a PvP server alternative that appeals to the more "Involved" audience :D

In this case, we'll need two "pvp" servers. One with majority of Alliance. Other with majority of Horde.
It won't happen anyway, just a funny thought.

Love that answer. Thats why i love this server. I can pause playing anytime and dont have that feel, that i need to play to be able to get somewhere, before it becomes non relevant.

It really can be frustrating trying to level, especially if you're playing a slower leveling class. Just saw 4900ish pop a bit ago, and while I have seen respawn's pick up pace, it still feels like sludging through, as someone mentioned earlier.

I see the reasons for not having a separate server, pvp or otherwise, but I hope there are more dynamic solutions in the works that bring back the fun and joy of Turtle.

Remaining optimistic, but I'm really dreading 50 to 60. I can't imagine the crowds if the population maintains or grows.

It's not that their aren't aren't benefits of a large server pop, there def are: Professions & the AH are more useful, BG's pop much faster, and LFG is more active.

I'm not into my 5th month yet (more or less 5th year), and leveling/questing just aren't as immersive and fun as they were. just my opinion,but I don't think I'm alone in feeling it.
