I found a portal that said Im too low level and I found a log I would need a speed increase to jump off of. Thanks for wasteing my time tho...

Found her at least half of a year ago. Today she not in place. She removed?

Where is she? I deleted all my old characters when I came back and lost the transmog????? Come on!!! Was she moved? Does she only spawn at certain times?

She was removed some time ago.

IIRC it had the same look as Cindercloth Cloak
