Jewelcrafting ?

Any plans to implement Jewelcrafting in the game ?
Obviously there is no reason to make a whole gemming system, or make actual gems like in BC
But making rings, necklaces and maybe trinkets too is more than enough.

I think it is possible to add jewerly recipes to blacksmithing with additional specialisation later on.

Jewelcrafting proposal needs additional analysis because not every JC recipe will be useful with all those twow quests.
