The Ancient Sinew Wrapped Lamina is an epic quiver that hunters get from the questline that starts from the Ancient Wrapped Leaf, which drops from Majordomo Executus in Molten Core.

With 18 slots and a 15% ranged attack speed increase, it's the best ammo bag in the game. However, there is no counterpart for those who use a gun and bullets, which requires you to downgrade to either the Gnoll Skin Bandolier (16 slot and 15% ranged attack speed increase; requires revered with Stormpike Guard/Frostwolf Clan) or Ribbly's Bandolier (16 slot and 14% ranged attack speed increase; drops from Ribbly Screwspigot in Blackrock Depths). They're relatively minor downgrades, but it would be interesting to be able to have an 18 slot/15% attack speed ammo pouch as a counterpart to the quiver.

In the spirit of the process that lets you acquire Lok'delar, Stave of the Ancient Keepers simply by talking to the Ancients once you've completed the questline for the bow, I think that the process to acquire this ammo pouch shouldn't be too complicated; after all, you've already gone through many trials and tribulations to acquire your bow and quiver by killing Executus, Onyxia, a large amount of blue dragons or Azuregos, and the four demons across the world.

I think it could be a quest that would take place in Ironforge for Alliance and Sparkwater Port for Horde, given how the dwarves and goblins are the ones typically using firearms in World of Warcraft. The questgivers would take note of your quiver, be fascinated by it and the Ancients' magics binding it together, and would offer to make you an ammo pouch that would work in a similar way if you let them examine the quiver for a few moments.

An alternative idea would be to have it take place at Nesingwary's camp, where Hemet Nesingwary notices your quiver and recognizes its power and what you must've gone through to acquire it. And from one master hunter to another, he offers you one of his ammo pouches from his days as a war veteran.
