they cant touch arcane because of missiles, if you increase the range it will be extremely lethal in pvp, melee arent be able to LoS Missiles nor run far enough to break the tether.

I think in general Hardcore should have increased exp from Elite/Dungeon quests that arent green/gray so people are more likely to do hard dungeons before outlvling them by 5+ lvls.
