The Four Elemental Totem System is fine as is. Being able to place 4 totems of your choice would make things a bit silly and should really not be considered at all.

I dont think the totems would stack like more than 1 wf. It would be interesting to having grace of air, wf , strength, and stoneskin or something along those lines.

Correct, Windfury is a Weapon enchant albeit a temporary one but still. Those do not stack and it causes problems with Rogue poisons.

But being able to get Windfury + Tranquil with one Shaman would be quite insane.
