My character died in hardcore mode due to disconnection. Request help.

My character died in hardcore mode due to a drop in the line, when I was doing a task in Grey Valley, while fighting a common demon, suddenly disconnected from the network, and later tried to log in again to find that the character has died, can I ask this situation to revive my character?

Hardcore characters are not revived for any reason. Not even loss of connection. Its unfortunate, but you're gonna have to start over.

There are many hardcore reviving threads but I didn't see one in the same case as mine. So if I may ask here.
Some time ago my first HC character logged off safely, but several days later when I logged in my account and found the character was dead. I didn't know what happened and my wife insists she didn't log on my account.
It was just a lv11 character so I just started over. Now as my second HC character is growing, I start to worry this could happen again.
So is this kind of a case that I may require GM's help to investigate into?

GM's do not look into any cases of hardcore character deaths nor will they revive them for any reason. It's stated everywhere on the site and in game.

Yes I know this but, it was't actually death(as an action), it was just dead for no reason maybe.

There are theories that if you chose the ”exit now” option, you char will remain in the world for ~2min and thus be susceptible to monster respawns.
It is thus recommended to wait the 20 sec logout/exit and of course try and park in a quest hub/town.

I also suspected that maybe was the reason. I couldn't remember exactly where and how I logged off because several days had past when found out I was dead.
Anyway, I'll make sure to exit game in town every time in future.

If your client crashes you will be in the game for up to 60 seconds. .

As I said it is just a theory and I don’t actually know.
Best way to avoid any shenanigans is to wait the 20 sec timer. Even if you ”exit now,” you will still be vulnerable for 20 sec.

According to our rules :
• When your character dies, the game ends for you. If you choose to create and play a hardcore character, you do so at your own risk: we will not restore any deceased hardcore characters for any reason including connection problems, bugs, global warming, your little sister, or any other reason whatsoever.
