I paid about 32 euros but I still haven't received any tokens. Please add dontation points or refund my payment.
I have an order number 2ab6c290-2f78-45a5-****-***********5
(and other information that is needed).

Please. help me.

Donations are handled through ingame ticket. You might have sent invalid account name. Seek information there!
