Where can I get a refund?

Three days after the top up, the line is today. It was a terrible experience. I need a refund.

Logging in to the game requires queuing, and the personal experience is terrible. Refunds and top-up services are required

You should explore the community further. A few days of play doesn't even allow you to scratch the surface.
