It is possible to give the reason after the ban of someone ?

I mean if someone get banned he need a reason but the current system forces players to send a message on the website to know the reason its time consuming for the banned players and for the gm doing the work i just got banned (Maybe for a good reason) but there is no message with the reason in it.

After 11 hour the gm say : "You violated server rules" with 0 screenshot of the logs come on give me at least the logs in question its insane.

If you really, truly aren’t sure why you were banned, go to the turtle-wow.org website, log in, and appeal the ban by asking why you were banned. Be polite and courteous. Pretty sure you can get an answer that way.

I'm going to ignore the majority of the flack the OP is getting here, but i agree, if you get banned a bit of transparency wouldn't be a bad thing. It would save time if the reason for the ban was clearly outlined, would save time for the GMS having to respond to the player who's questioning it, also on the flip side, if its some form of ban where the player has been banned without being able to give their valid side of the story, then they can reply back immediately addressing the particular situation, but they can only do this if they know exactly what it was they were banned for.

Here's what I would do if I was turtle wow: ok we'll investigate. Takes 3 weeks. We'll keep the acc banned while we investigate, for safety reasons.

Edit: so your claim is you didn't violate TOS. When the community manager shows your records of racist chat, you now claim you've been hacked and it wasn't you. And the hackers didn't use your account to spam rmt website ads or took all your gold and sold all your stuff, they kept questing on your toon and making racist remarks in /world.

It's also against TOS to tell lies to staff btw. So unless you're farming perma bans, just stop.

Then, click on "Account Management", then click "Contact Support" under "Account status"
