Can't open a ticket

I have an UI addon that removes the 'Open a ticket" game master icon from the menu.
Everyone is saying type /gm to open the window.
That does not do anything.

Whats going on? How do I open a ticket??

Alliance PVPers killing Horde while traitor Horde players heal the Alliance players (they are grouped together).

All the players in the group are breaking Terms of Service via cross-faction group PvP (as this gives them a massive advantage (untargetable healers).

I want them all held accountable for breaking the rules but can't open a ticket.
No idea why /gm does not work for me.

Anyone else have this issue?

With the big income of new players unfortunately a lot of disturbance arrived which did not cause any concern in the past beause people abided to the non-written guidelines. At the present state until the dust settles I ask of you to practice patience!
