temporarily red

I don't have warmode on. When someone from the other faction with warmode on appears onscreen their name is in red then goes to blue.
Is that normal? It's been giving me mini heart attacks each time.

It may just be from the "v" button that lets me see healthbars. If I'm on the road in Ashenvale I'll see other faction members fly overhead in red
