Razzle longpipe is located in the shifty port of sparkwater.
They tollerate alliance players but do not speak to them. Among them a vendor with questionable moral standards called Razzle longpipe

Would be nice if he was a neutral vendor since ... gold is gold :)

What does this sentence even mean? The way he was what? When Turtle added him, the custom NPC that does not exist outside of Turtle WoW? Do you believe that Turtle never ever changes anything they add?

There was a previous post about this and they said he was going to stay that way

We will discuss it. Originally this NPC was supposed to be a rascal selling totally scammy and useless goods :) We did not expect such a high demand for Razzle's rarities!

Torta, can we get a Similiar allaince cloak pls. That's all people rly want. Or simply make it boe, and then we can trade it over to allaince. It's rly low effort that will make many people happy

Thats exactly the point - the cloak allows for some degenerate shit to happen. And right now paladin is already strong but has to choose between proc gloves or the 100 spelldmg gloves from pvp - with the cloak you get both.

Sucks for elemental cat druids, but really this would be a straight paladin buff

Hmm... so maybe an Alliance friendly vendor somewhere that sells this? Like in Stone Talon or Silithus?

You don't rly have to choose. Incendosaur set has boots and shoulders. I wouldn't use that cloak as paladin. It's mostly for druids only so that allaince druids can be on par with horde druids

How about fixing all those idiotic procs to not proc other procs?

Shoulders and Boots clash with the t2.5 slots, so its not nearly as valuable as a cloak would be for paladin.

If we’re going to make both sides the exact same may as well give horde paladins and alliance shamans.
