reputation tabards

this may have been suggested before but i've noticed most reputation's gear while useful is rarely better than any naxx items so it'd be nice to be able to get rep at a slightly boosted rate (maybe 1.5x) while wearing that faction's tabard, it'd cut down on a lot of grind time required for most reps and help ppl get into entry raids a bit sooner. also additional rep dailies would be cool
