I wish I could help you, but I'm Alliance so I have a different quest and I'm only level 18 so I don't know what the quest even is.

Not sure, but I'd try this:

Step 1: make sure that you're following the right quest line. Is it the same for undead as for orcs?

Step 2: check logs, bags and bank for leftovers. Any old warlock quests? Any quest items gathering dust on the bank?

Step 3: research the quest line on the Internet and just check all relevant npcs in order of appearance.
