Please return funds on the balance

When deleting the HC characters, the media did not return to the balance.
I created a druid but died in the cave and decided to create a new one, then changed my mind, deleted the druid and made a war, I thought that when deleting the funds, they would also return to the balance.

I found how to restore a character in my account, but I can't click the restore button

oh I deleted the second druid because I accidentally took level 2 and didn’t notice, I wanted to knock out a couple of coins to get the turtle mod and HC

Please open a ticket ingame.
Near your key ring there is a red question mark, press it to send an in-game ticket.
If you have pfUI and you don't have the micro-bar enabled, you can type /gm to open the interface.
You don't need to be online for tickets to be solved. Support will you answers via in-game mail.
