What is the current progression as of 2023? Is everything raid-wise clear?

There are a few different guilds that are either progging Naxx or cleared Naxx, and many that are progging through the rest of the raids up to Naxx

It depends on your raid times, but there are plenty for most if not all raid times that are raiding and likely recruiting as well - with the recent popultion boom I would say more will be created
