Hi all. I'll step in to provide some clarification on our stance.

The community vote was a large factor in the decision to remove world buffs, however, there are some other reasons. One of these key reasons being they massively restrict our ability to rebalance classes and change/add/remove spells. As world buffs impact different classes differently, they're a balancing nightmare. If we nolonger need to consider them, we are able to be much more flexible in our approaches to balancing.

Please keep in mind that we are listening and will be watching for any large issues that arise.

People have been saying forever that the removal of world buffs should also come with the reduction of trash packs/reducing their HP in most raids.
Some raids simply have too much trash and it's a massive slog to go through without world buffs.

This depends on the composition as this change only truly benefits a few classes and some of those are rarely played.
