HC char died after logout

Hello folks,

today I logged out my HC char successfully.
Now, some hours later when I logged back in, it says "(Ghost)".

How can a char die after logout? There's no way to prevent that from happening.

Therefore, I request a restoration, because this must be a game or server error.

Pretty sure turtle does not restore died HC characters, no matter the reason.

As to how it can happen, if you close the game you get the option to wait 20 second or extit game now. The latter option does close the game instantly, but your character spends his normal 20 seconds sitting there before being logged out. If something attacks you in that time, you can die while under the impression you are already offline

As Kairion said, you won't get your hc character back. Once they die they stay dead, no matter the reason.

you mustve logged out near enemy mobs. your character does not disconnect from the game server immediately when you logout.
