Character restoration

My brother deleted his chars a few days ago because of lack of time to play. He gave me his account info and now I was wondering if I could please have them restored? Would be awesome! Names are 'Drahkthamir' human warlock and 'Nocthamir' night elf warrior. Thank you for your consideration.
