Lore-friendly Goblin change
Goblins are into blowing stuff up so give a bonus to using guns. At the very least a Goblin playing the Hunter class should start with a gun like how Dwarf, Tauren & Gnome Hunters start with a Blunderbuss rather than the Shortbow a Gobbie starts with now. A Blunderbuss may not be appropriate but if so some other gun-powdered weapon could be. Quest givers offered a gun once in the goblin starting zone & immediately after which was awkward as I couldn't use them.
Next, Goblins should have something to reflect their love of profit and ruthless pursuit of it. Some barter or treasure ability similar to Dwarves could fit. It could be (borderline) useless but have cool flavor.

Regarding cash-related racial:
Either +10% to gold looted from mobs
OR +10% more gold when selling gray trash to vendors?

the starting gun change is a nobrainer, +1
and speaking of dwarf racials, it's also a nobrainer to move mace spec from humans to dwarves

Yeah Dwarves not getting mace (or axe spec) is strange. If mace spec is too much (dwarf priests are already the best with remove fear) could they get axe spec.

I always was shocked about dwarves dont having mace spec
Maybe every race should have 1 weapon spec?
Humans:swords
Nelf:bows?
Dwarves:maces
Gnomes: dagger
Orc:axe
Troll:polearm?
