Can you refund spent tokens when deleting a char?

Hi I want to remake a character but I don't want to lose the donation items, if I delete my char can I be refunded the tokens or items?

Yes my friend, if you delete a HC char yes, but if s a NoN HC, try to make a ticket ingame first.

Wait, seriously?
Cuz I have a character that I have no intention of playing but hesitant to delete because she's wearing a skin.
If there's a way that I can delete her and get my tokens back then I'd be quite happy!

So I looked into this and it says, "Token items refunds from softcore and alive hardcore characters are limited to the period of one week after purchase." so nope, too late for me. :<
Adding: Also, apparently I missed the 'a hc, yep' comment even though I legit quoted it in this exact post so I thought you were referring to ALL characters.

Sorry for double post here, but I can confirm that yes, you can only get a refund if you request it within one week after purchase.
