Any plans to correct the eye color glow of the blood elf skin? The eyes are green, but the glow is blue.

I don't know if this helps, but Ascenssion WoW's featured HD model packs features a fair amount of mobs that weren't covered here (gnolls, quilboar etc.) can that be copied into this project?

I want to backport some models, but it is so hard to find a guide with all these wow versions. How did you start out learning it? Do you have the materaials still around?

It's crashing at Far Watch Post, also some wolfs look like they have a stroke.

I'm playing as an arcane mage, the patch is causing arcane missiles to dissapear, it just doesn't show the effect at all, love the patches, but can this get looked into please?

Paladin's judgement new animation is horrible, I tried using mpq editor to revert it to original animation but cant do it, if someone can help me and tell me how to revert judgement's animation back to original animation I''ll be very happy.

The human and dwarf npcs' faces got glitches for being nothing on them. It seems that they are all grey faces with no eyeballs or just void faces. How to fix this? crying_turtle

Could you link specific NPCs? Astricon should have fixed this already prior to the 1.17.0 patch release.

Thanks for the amazing work on this 3 patchs this bring so much on the game.

My only issue is with the new music, do you have any plans for a version of patch A without music pak in it?

They know about it, but unfortunately have no current plans to work on it. One of the people on the project had mentioned previously it was beyond their ability to address. We just have to learn to pretend the spell is animating until someone comes along with the ability to address the issue.

There's a way to hear the music out of the game? like a youtube channel?
There are a lot of songs that I like, and usually I enter to a dungeon or I go to zones for hear the songs as I do another things.
Like razorfen kraul or westfall, you really made a good job choosing the new music.

Most of it is Cataclysm music, though I couldn't be certain the names to look up. If you chase down Cata music on YouTube long enough, you can probably narrow down each song.

I've posted bug ticket, and found that bug lead to models patch it concerning work of couple of recipes:

Also if you didnt know, weapon swap hand\back\rdd out of combat dont work ok with new models.

first, thanks all for your excellent works, that's very impressive ...


But if you looking my tauren, it seem that fur is low res, however horns are HD.
And most of the models have a low res skin (dwarf too).
I'm using the last version of MPQ.
And, also I'm using french speech.MPQ, I don't think there are interaction, but to be specific.

What do you think ?

The vanilla client cannot support textures above 256x256 or 256x512 depending on what the specific asset is being used for. As a result, while these are indeed not "HD", they are downports of the newer textures and models used in modern versions of the game. The intent was not to make the characters literally high fidelity, but to change their appearance to something more polished.

HD mod is great but the update to the sounds makes it unbearable. There are some sounds like the rogue sinister strike that is way too loud it pierces the ear I am giving up on the mod until somebody reverts the sound back to the original.

Hi sometimes my client crashed on the character selection page when I tried to choose my Tauren Hunter and the pet wasn't dismissed, a error frame was popped up. If pet was dismissed the crash would not occur.
