Portable meeting stone: cooldown not shown

Well, for some days the stone had no cooldown at all, now it has 60 minutes, but it is not shown in any way, neither as a shadow on the icon nor in tooltip. Still, it goes normally on a 60 min. cooldown, and if I try to use it before 60 min., I have a message from Speedy to contact the developers, beep-beep.
