Hello,
So I have these two raid quests for EPL that I don't remember from classic. Order Must Be Restored (defeat Nathanos Blightcaller) and The Terrors of the Webweavers (Nerubian Overseer slain). Is there a place where there is ongoing recruitment to complete these? Also how many members are needed to even hope of succeeding?

Order Must Be Restored is a vanilla quest, this requires about 10-20 people, The Terrors of the Webweavers is a Turtle-WoW quest and requires 40 people.
