Reduce the cost for Cerebral Cortex Compound

12 Blasted Lands items for a 25 INT buff is so minute compared to how good the 25 STR and 25 AGI buffs are, despite this, the 25 INT item is very expensive for what it does
Either buff the amount of INT it gives or reduce the cost :)
