High Elf redemption spell

I have a little question, how to get resurrection spell ?

I went to stormwind cathedral, and I have a gray exclamation point :(

I must have missed something ^^

I am level 30 ! And when I go to see the master of the paladins, I have redemption rank 2, but I can't take it because I need rank 1.

I just did the quest, it was the quest "Tome of Divinity"

I had it at stormwind iirc, but you can maybe have it at goldshire at the paladin trainer
