The [Dark Key] quest item for newly added quest " Dark Iron Scrapping " in "High Elf starter area" can be looted even if player has completed the quest already.
Another minor issue is that only one of three npcs in the cage has scripted animation to walk away once the cage is opened, but that has already been confirmed by one of GMs.
