Warlock: Master Conjurer

Hello,
I will go straight to the point. The master conjurer doesn't enhance de 1% crit chance of the Spellstone but the magic absorbed by the stone is.
Is this a bug? Intentional? Why would only one effect of the stone be enhance for the spellstone when the firestone gets both enhanced?

Indeed we can see in-game that both effect of the firestone are boosted as they should by the +30% effect of the master conjurer talent.
This is not a debate on: how to make the stone more useful but an inquiry on a potential bug.

I am using the BetterCharacterStats addon when equiping the spellstone the 1% is then correctly apply on the character sheet. Is it perhap that this addon doesn't show the added effect of the presumed 0.30% missing crit chance of the spellstone?
