make nordaanar herbal tea not soublound

pretty straigth forward. the dreamtonic 20 sp conusmable is not soubliund. you get it by trading in small dram shards at hyjal and you get the dreamtonic potion for it. exactly the same you trade smalll dream shards for nordanar herbal tea. why is one soublound and not the other? doesnt make senes to me. would be nice if i could stock up alot and sent them via post or trade them on ah, just like we can with dream tonic

For the same reason Jujus from Winterspring can't be traded. But you can buy E'kos instead, then manually exchange them for Jujus. I think this is the relic of times when Blizzard made end-game things time consuming so the most dedicated players won't "finish" the game too fast.

I can also say the same thing about demonic runes. There is an unnecessary soulbound on them that limits trade.
