Please update the Barber/Hair Dye Merchants!!

As it stands now, not every race has access to every hair color at the dye traders. This is a bit unfortunate for anyone looking to change hair color because some of them only cost 5 gold-- and others cost basically 16 USD on the item shop for a full cosmetic change.

I really feel like these should be normalized for the sake of consistency.

Sad that old players can't have same that able new people.

Here many asks about it in bug tracker also. There is another topic about dye, still no answer
