Stonard Scouts Swamp of Sorrows roam around the entire entry of the swamp and will aggro on you, if you have any kind of thorns effect up this will flag you with PvP.
Would be nice if you could remove the PvP flag from them so unknowing hardcores or other normal characters don't accidently gets themself ganked
