Have Lor'themar have a dialogue about the Elves joining the Horde as a joke.

Something like:

"That? Join the Horde? Those savages?
NEVER! That's crazy, our relationship with the humans or the Alliance will have been fragile, but in the end we fought side by side to defend ourselves in the Second War, it would be stupid that with our possibility of reforging an Alliance with them we would fall so low to resort to the damn Horde.

Think about it, the Orcs massacred us, the Trolls are our ancient enemies and the Undead destroyed our kingdom. Do you even think that would be an option? Nonsense, whoever had that idea that we would fall so low is a hopeless fool.

That will happen the day blue goats from space rain down on us."
