Good afternoon, I have such a problem, I was banned for selling or buying gold, but I did not buy or sell gold. half a year ago, my account was hacked and all the aves and character items were sold, which was later addressed to the gm, and everything was returned to me. now I can't help but appeal, not to prove that I'm not using the goldseller... and I can't help but challenge and prove it. crying_turtle

They also took my character off my account and stripped him too, um, returned him. Perhaps this is due to the fact that gold was sold from it? but I didn't do it.

You won't get an answer here, except for that ban appeals are not handled via the forums. You have to appeal on the website.

Here is how to do it (quoting the discord bot):

If you have been banned, you can find out why or appeal it by logging into our website at <https://turtle-wow.org/>

Click on "Account Management", then click "Contact Support" under "Account Status"
